All Sales Are Final
Please be advised that all sales of equipment and services are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

AV equipment and/or installation materials

Installation services

On-site technical support

Event production or consulting services
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once the transaction is complete.
Cancellations
Cancellations for scheduled services must be made in writing and are subject to the terms of your individual service agreement. In most cases, cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the scheduled service date.
Exceptions
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with equipment or service quality, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems or service concerns within the scope of your contract or rental agreement.
Notice to California Customers
In compliance with California Civil Code § 1723, this "No Refund" policy is clearly posted at the point of sale and made available prior to the completion of any transaction. By proceeding with your purchase or service booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
